Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return or exchange your unused items. Cabana Life will gladly accept the return or exchange of the merchandise within 21 business days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with original lining, tagging and bag. Simply send the merchandise back with receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges will be processed with original payment method.

No refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items, those items that are marked 70%+ off.

For Returns:

  1. 1. Fill out the return form enclosed with your order.
  2. 2. Provide your invoice or packing slip in your returned package.
  3. 3. Ship items back to Cabana Life using the carrier of your choice. You can use any service that you prefer - US Mail, Federal Express, UPS, etc.
  4. 4. Returned Items - Your return will be processed within 17 business days of receipt of your package. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email outlining the details of your return. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect on your credit card and/or PayPal account.

For Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange, we encourage you to place a new online order for the correct item(s), as we cannot guarantee availability.
We will issue a refund within 17 days of the date you placed your return in the mail.

Did you order the wrong size or color? No Problem! Fill out the exchange form enclosed with your order. We’ll send out your new items when we receive your merchandise back in our warehouse. If any of your requested items are unavailable, we will process as a return.

Returning a gift? Include the recipients name, address, and phone number. Indicate whether you’d like to exchange the gift for another color/size or if you prefer a gift certificate for a future purchase. Outgoing exchanges are shipped free within the U.S.
